Aankan - Handwoven Woolen Stole

Handwoven on a traditional frame loom by local artisans in Kullu Valley, with zig-zag woven details (herringbone weave). Minimal geometric motifs made using the traditional extra-weft technique of Kullu adorn the selvedges. These motifs are derived from the traditional Jama and Keeda motifs used in traditional Kullu Pattu. Pure Desi Wool -Polywool blend prevents shrinkage, is lightweight and colourfast. Complete with a hand-knotted fringe.
