How long does it take for a product to be delivered?
For agro-products :
We pack fresh produce on order confirmation and do not sell any stale agricultural products. As soon as an order is placed, we contact our farmers for fresh produce. We then do a quality- check followed by packing the order. Due to this reason, delivery may take 8-12 business days.
For Handloom and Handicraft products :
We believe in mindful production that does not exploit the labour of any person. Our craft products are handmade by the artisans only on order confirmation, and production can take upto 1-3weeks. We will inform you via Whatsapp when your product is ready. Once your package is shipped, delivery takes standard 5-7 business days based on location of delivery.
How much do you charge to ship across India?
We ship pan - India with a standard shipping fee collected at checkout based on order weight and location of delivery.
Free Shipping available on selected products, at certain cart values or during promotional periods.
I have not received my package? Is my package lost?
Delivery timelines may extend due to weather conditions, customs inspections, incorrect address, or logistic partner delays.
Your products are produced in remote mountain regions of Himachal Pradesh, hence occasional weather or route disruptions may delay deliveries. In such cases, we will keep you updated.

We work with reliable delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you safely. You will be provided with a tracking number via Whatsapp for you to keep track.
