Kaatu - Handwoven Woolen Stole

Handwoven on a traditional frame loom by local artisans in Kullu Valley, these stoles re-interpret the traditional Kaatu motif, often used in Kullu Pattus, in an attempt to preserve traditional knowledge while creating staples for contemporary wardrobes. The iconic Teen Patti (3 Stripes) of Kulluvi weaving is referenced within the structure of the woven layers of the stole. Pure Desi Wool -Polywool blend prevents shrinkage, is lightweight and colourfast. Complete with a hand-knotted fringe.
