Time is a Living Thing is a short film created from the family archives of Chanderrekha Barji Negi and her extended family. Through her narration, the film recalls memories of her father-in-law and the quiet magic of everyday life in Lippa Village. Situated in the early 1990s, when Kinnaur was officially opened to outsiders, the film, through a sequence of personal photographs and stories, reveals the fluidity of time in Lippa, where hints of the supernatural and daily life exist side by side.
